Report a download problem

To help us find the cause quickly, please include:

• the Pin link you tried, ideally the full pinterest.com/pin/… address;
• what happened, for example an error message or a file that will not open;
• your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".

Before writing, check that the link points to a single public Pin and not to a board or profile. Private, secret and deleted Pins cannot be downloaded.

Copyright and removal questions

PinDown does not host any Pins. Each file is fetched from Pinterest when a visitor requests it. If you want content removed from the internet, please report it to Pinterest. If you have a question about how our tool is used, write to us with the details and we will look into it.
