These terms apply when you use PinDown (pindown.pro). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
PinDown is a free online tool that lets you save media from a single public Pinterest Pin: videos as MP4 files and images as image files, in the form Pinterest provides. We do not host Pinterest content; each file is fetched when you request it and passed to your browser.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PinDown only for lawful purposes and in line with Pinterest's own terms. In particular, you agree not to:
- download or reuse content in a way that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights;
- re-upload other people's Pins as your own or remove credit from their work;
- use scripts, bots or bulk requests that put an unreasonable load on the service;
- try to break, probe or bypass the security of the site.
Copyright and creators
Every Pin belongs to the person who made it. Download only content you created, content you have permission to use, or content you keep for private reference where that is allowed, and always credit the original creator when you share someone else's work. Requests to remove content from the internet should be sent to Pinterest. Questions about our tool can be sent through our contact page.
No affiliation
PinDown is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest. "Pinterest" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe the platform the tool works with.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including Pinterest itself and a processing service that reads public Pins. We are not responsible for changes made by these parties that stop some downloads from working.
No warranty
PinDown is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every Pin can be downloaded, that a particular quality will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or of the files you download, including any misuse of downloaded content.
Changes
We may change or stop the service, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
